Finally got a chance to snorkling in this place. Beach with soft black sand and a lot of jukungs park on the side of the baech make this place really nice place to visit. Beside this place there're a lot of beach all over the place. From nice white sand and black sands to rocky beach you can find here if you get down the road along Amed area. What really interesting in this place we can see colorfull jukungs park along most of the beach here. Annually there was Jukung Race held on early October. Unfortunately last month I was't able to attend the event.

Amed beach really good place to start learn diving or just snorkling along the place. The coral and fish quite varied in this location and the current not to strong. But some place the depth about 5 meters or more. So I suggest not to go far away from coast. For me who doesn't have any swimming experience or you can say can't swim the beach with 5 meters depth quite scary.

I tried to learn snorkling without fin just snorkle and mask. You can rent the snorkling equipment(snorkle and mask) about 15k and 30k with fin. But not quite good equipment. If you really enjoy snorkling I suggest you buy a good snorkling equipment so you can enjoy snorkling without worry about saltwater leak on your mask :). But really great time to do snorkling here. I just think about buy snorkling equipment next time. There're a lot of snorkling and diving spot in Bali. Enjoy weekend to do snorkling in the beach really a fun activity.
